The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:05 p.m. on May 9, 2022 with the following present: Kerwin Schultz, Wayne Erickson, Darwin Erickson, Donna Johnson, Paula Nelson, David Nelson, Amber Schell and Bob Adler.
The agenda was adopted.
The minutes and financial statements were approved. Claims list was approved.

Motion was made to appoint Wayne Erickson to fill vacancy on board. Motion seconded and passed.
Items of discussion included: entry rugs, replacing light bulbs, park ditch, town clean-up, nuisances-specifically noise, sample noise ordinances, malt beverage licenses, rock through window by mower, gravel, fire hydrant, sewer line problems.
First reading of noise ordinance was held.
Various complaints were heard regarding Charlie’s Place. Board decided to table the malt beverage approval until June meeting and invite owner/license applicant to the meeting for further discussion.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the malt beverage license for Schmiedings Garage.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
Next meeting is set for June 13, 2022 at 7 p.m.
*Reminder to all residents of Revillo – there is to be no discharging of sump pump water into the sewer system.
