The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:03 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025 with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Amber Seidell, and Donna Johnson. Absent: Bob Adler.

The agenda was adopted.

The minutes and financial statements were approved. Claims list was approved.

GENERAL: Beginning Balance, $181,851.61; Receipts, RE Taxes, 17,696.12; Cty Rd to City, 165.17; Sales Tax, $1,586.44; Rent, $50.00; Interest, $153.25. Total Receipts $19,650.98. Total Cash $201,502.59.

Disbursements, ($2,306.02); Ending Balance $199,196.57.

SEWER: Beginning Balance, $11,690.36, Interest $.22, Services $100.00. Total Receipts $100.22. Total Cash, $11,790.58.

Disbursements, ($416.45); Ending Balance, $11,374.13.

Items of discussion included information on updates to city/school elections, setting election date, transfer needed to General Fund, town truck, wastewater inspection questions, light contest, floor update, fire hydrants, LED bulb replacement, nuisances.

Election date was set for June 2nd, 2026 if needed.

Motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the transfer of $12,000 from General fund to Sewer fund.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m. Note the change in regular meeting day – Next regular meeting is set for Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 7 p.m. in order to have a quorum.
