Items of discussion included: playground project update, town lot available and request, appointment of board member, easement question, malt beverage license applications, 1st District help with annexation, medical marijuana information for municipalities, ditches to be cleaned-prices, insurance package renewal/quotes, town clean-up (looking into prices); and upcoming Flood Plain meeting.
Motion was made by D. Erickson, seconded by W. Erickson to appoint Kerwin Schultz to fill vacancy on board. Motion carried.
Motion was made, seconded and passed to approve the malt beverage license applications for Charlie’s Place and Schmieding’s Garage.
Motion was made, seconded and approved to advertise town lot 5 of block 3 for sale with $500 minimum, sealed bids to be opened at regular meeting in June.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
