    The regular meeting for Town of Revillo was called to order at 7:12 p.m. on September 9, 2019 with the following present: Wayne Erickson, Brian Dallman and Donna Johnson. Absent: Kerwin Schultz.
    Meeting was called to order.
    The agenda was adopted.
    The minutes and financial statements were approved.  Claims list was approved.

    Items of discussion included: Nuisance property – updates, park playground equipment, church road, lagoon road trees, budget and tax call, West Nile conference, building permit.
    A quit claim deed was filed by attorney and lots 14, 15, and 16 of Block 15 in Revillo are now the property of the Town of Revillo.
    A motion was made and seconded to set the tax call at $39,000 – same as last year.
    Building permit was approved for a garage.
    Brian Dallman verbally resigned from the town board. Resignation was accepted and a board member will need to be appointed at the next regular meeting.
    Meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
    Next meeting is set for October 14th, 2019 at 7 p.m.
