Town of Stockholm Board Proceedings
The Town Board of Stockholm held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7 p.m. with Board members Lorraine Collins, Mark Anderson and Tim Nowick present.
The minutes from the last meeting were read with a motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to accept the minutes as read.
Motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to pay the following bills
General Account: ITC, $40.32; CNA Surety, $262.50 for Finance Officer bond; Grant County Review, $13.34; Jodi Nowick, $230.87; Whetstone Electric, $13.55; Otter Tail, $341.36; and Post office, $78.00 roll of stamps.
Sewer Account: Otter Tail, $65.06.
A motion was made by Nowick seconded by Anderson to keep Board salaries the same for 2026 which is $75.00 a month for Board members and $250.00 a month for Finance officer as well as keeping Town work same at the hourly rate of $20 or as needed. The sewer rates will remain the same at $30 a month or $10 a month Vacancy rate.
A motion was made by Anderson seconded by Nowick to continue to use Grant County Review for all publications pertaining to the Town of Stockholm.
The Board unanimously approved the Resolution #10152026 in regards to pre-disaster mitigation plan brought by the county.
The next meeting will be Monday, February 2, 2026, at 7 p.m., with nothing further a motion to adjourn was made by Nowick seconded by Anderson
