Town of Twin Brooks Council Proceedings

 

The Town of Twin Brooks conducted its monthly meeting August 10, 2021 with Wellnitz and Porath in attendance. Wellnitz called the meeting to order.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

A motion was made by Wellnitz and seconded by Porath to approve Finance Report.

The Board opened the meeting to the public to discuss the Petition to Vacate Jay Avenue.

The Board closed the public meeting and voted to pass the Petition to Vacate Jay Avenue.

The Board was updated on Medical Marijuana in Grant County.

Bills to be paid: Grant Roberts Rural Water 48.00; Otter Tail 200.34; Grant County Review, 20.35; Coester Schwandt Law 125.00; Valley Contracting Inc. 3,135.00.

Meeting was adjourned and seconded. Next meeting is set for September 14, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.
