The Town of Twin Brooks held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, with Wiseman, Borns and Larsen in attendance. Borns called the meeting to order.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
A motion was made by Larsen and seconded by Borns to approve the Finance Report.
A motion was made by Wiseman and seconded by Larsen to approve to increase the tax call to $9,937.00 for the tax year 2026 payable 2027 and additional dollars available due to growth.
First Quarter Board Payments: Wiseman 150.00, Larsen 120.00 and Borns 120.00.
First Quarter Finance Officer Expenses 164.68.
Town Hall Upkeep, Roads, Town Hall Dates for Elections and Video Machine Tax Ordinance issues were brought up for discussion.
Bills to be paid: Grant-Roberts Rural Water 88.00, Grant County Review 24.97, ITC 84.07, Schwandt Law 62.50, and Otter Tail 320.29.
The meeting was adjourned and seconded.
Next meeting is set for Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7 p.m.
