Town of Twin Brooks Council Proceedings

 

The Town of Twin Brooks conducted its monthly meeting September 8, 2020 with Wiseman, Wellnitz and Porath in attendance. Porath called the meeting to order.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

A motion was made by Porath and seconded by Wiseman to approve Finance Report.

The following Resolution was passed:

TWIN BROOKS, A POLITICAL

SUBDIVISION OF THE

STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA

RESOLUTION

IT IS RESOLVED, that on motion made by Perry Porath, and seconded by Roger Wellnitz, a resolution passed by unanimous votes recorded by Wellnitz, Porath and Wiseman, all board members of the Twin Brooks Town Board, a political subdivision of the State of South Dakota, that the following real property of the Town of Twin Brooks, Grant County, South Dakota, be declared surplus, to wit:

• Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 all of Block 4, Lassell’s Addition to the town of Twin Brooks, Grant County, South Dakota (ballfield)

• South Half (S1/2) of Lot 3, Block 5, Original

• Townsite of Twin Brooks, Grant County, South Dakota (pump house)

• Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, Original Townsite of Twin Brooks, Grant County, South Dakota (South of Post Office)

• Lot 11 and 12, Block 1 Original Townsite of Twin brooks, Grant County, South Dakota (North of bar)

Bills to be paid: Grant Roberts Rural Water 48.00; Otter Tail 251.57, Grant County Review 8.90, Coester Schwandt Law 281.25; UPI 45.00, and Zubke Tiling 3,971.02.

Meeting was adjourned and seconded. Next meeting is set for October 13, 2020 at 7:30 p.m.
