The Waverly/South Shore School Board met in special session on July 24, 2023 at 6:15 p.m. with the following members present: J. Thyen, A. Thompson, J. Lindner, P. Thyen and M. Morgan. Guests and others present: Jim Holbeck with ASBSD, J. Dalton, J. Meyer and M. Hemmingson-business manager.

Motion by Morgan, second by J. Thyen to adjourn at 8:30 p.m. Motion passed 5-0.

Next regular board meeting will be held Monday, August 14, 2023 at 6:15 p.m. in the school library.
