The Wilmot City Council meeting was called to order at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2025, at the Wilmot City Office in special session with Mayor Zachery Zempel presiding. Council members present: Roger Butler, Lindsey Dorosh, Jack Hansen, Michael Hook and Clayton Winge. Absent: None. Staff in attendance: Finance Officer Diana Halseide.
No conflict-of-interest items on the agenda for anyone on Council were declared.
Butler Motioned to approve the Agenda as read. Hansen seconded. All voted Aye, Motion carried.
Visitors in attendance: None
New Business:
Butler Motioned to declare Ordinance No 11-11-3 Snow Removal as having its second reading. Winge seconded. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
Butler Motioned to approve Ordinance No 11-11-3 as read and to adopt the revised ordinance to take effect January 1, 2026. Winge seconded. Roll call vote of Aye: Butler, Dorosh, Hansen, Hook, Winge. Nay; None. Absent; None. Motion carried.
Hansen Motioned to declare Ordinance No 344 2025 Budget Supplement as having its second reading. Hook seconded. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
Hansen Motioned to approve Ordinance No 344 2025 Budget Supplement as read and to adopt. Hook seconded. Roll call vote of Aye: Butler, Dorosh, Hansen, Hook, Winge. Nay; None. Absent; None. Motion carried.
The next Regular Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Wilmot City Office located at 725 Main St.
At 6:06 p.m., a Motion to adjourn was made by Butler. Hansen seconded. All voted Aye, Motion carried.
