NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON AN APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF THE ZONING OFFICER

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Grant County Courthouse to consider an appeal by Allen Robish and Kristi Mogen of the following decision of the Zoning Officer:

• The Zoning Officer declined to issue a “Stop Order” (Section 803 of the Grant County Zoning Ordinance) on October 16, 2019 of all work associated with the Conditional Use Permit CUP08172018 granted to Crowned Ridge LLC, and Crowned Ridge II LLC by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on December 17, 2018.

All persons interested therein may appear at the meeting of the Board of Adjustment.
