ORDINANCE 2020-01

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GRANT COUNTY ORDINANCE #2004-1, AN ORDINANCE

ESTABLISHING ZONING REGULATIONS FOR GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION,

ENFORCEMENT, AND

AMENDMENT THEREOF, IN

ACCORDANCE WITH THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTERS 11-2, 1967 SDCL, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL RESOLUTIONS AND

ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH

The Grant County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at 4 p.m. at the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD. Interested persons are encouraged to attend and comment on Ordinance #2020-01, An ordinance amending Grant County ordinance #2004-1, An ordinance establishing zoning regulations for Grant County, South Dakota, and providing for the administration, enforcement, and amendment thereof, in accordance with the provisions of chapters 11-2, 1967 SDCL, and amendments thereof, and for the repeal of all resolutions and ordinances in conflict therewith.

The Planning Commission may make a recommendation to approve, with or without amendment, to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners will receive the recommendation from the Planning Commission and hold a public hearing and first reading of Ordinance # 2020-01 on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at the Grant County Courthouse and will further set a date for the 2nd reading

The proposed ordinance will be made available for public inspection at the Office of the Grant County Auditor, Milbank, South Dakota during regular business hours. (Pursuant to SDCL 11-2 and amendments thereto).
