Judgment in the amount of $55,060.78 having been entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendants, which Judgment was filed with the Clerk of Courts of Grant County, South Dakota, on February 10, 2020, for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage,
Notice is hereby given pursuant to said Judgment that the real property described in the Mortgage dated November 10, 2004, which Lisa L Gabriel aka Lisa L Hamann, Raymond A Gabriel Jr., Mortgagors, executed and delivered to Great Western Bank, Mortgagee:

of Milbank, Grant County, according
to plat thereof on file and of record
in Plat Envelope 186 in the office of
Register of Deeds of said county and
state
and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Grant County, South Dakota, on November 16, 2004, as Book 310, Page 597,. Said mortgage has been assigned to Washington Mutual Bank, FA by Assignment of Mortgage recorded on November 16, 2004, as Book 310, Page 612, Said mortgage has been assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association by Assignment of Mortgage recorded on January 11, 2019, as Book 446, Page 408, Said mortgage has been assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC by Assignment of Mortgage recorded on May 6, 2019, as Book 448, Page 521, in order to realize the amount of $65,600.00 as of November 10, 2004 plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount at the current rate of 5.87500% per year , together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to the lien for unpaid real estate taxes and assessments of Grant County, South Dakota, and easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Sheriff of Grant County, South Dakota, at the front door of the Grant County Courthouse, in Milbank, South Dakota, on April 3, 2020 at 10:00 AM (CT).
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
