Scholarship Banquet
The Milbank High School Educational Foundation will host a virtual scholarship banquet on Thursday, May 7, beginning at 7 p.m. The broadcast will be available on Facebook. Those wishing to watch should search for Milbank High School Educational Foundation.
The scholarship banquet is traditionally staged with student recipients, donors and friends of the foundation. However, this year with the ability to broadcast, organizers encourage anyone who has an interest to log on and watch. The event will recognize many of this year’s Milbank High School class of 2020.
The foundation will award 45 scholarships to 33 seniors and will announce more than $187,000 in financial support for the students.
The broadcast will also showcase the donors and the stories behind the scholarships.
