NOTICE OF INTENT

TO CONTINUE OPERATION

Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by:

CONSOLIDATED READY MIX INC., 1011 330TH ST., BELLINGHAM, MN 56212-1001 will continue its mining operation located at SE1/4 Section 13; T121N - R47W, Grant County, SD.

The general location of the mining operation is one mile west and one mile north of Big Stone City, SD.

The operation originally advertised to be completed by 12/31/2020, will be extended to: 12/31/2040.

Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
