to City Rubble Site
Residents of Milbank are encouraged to deliver their fallen leaves, tree branches and other yard waste to the rubble site. “Yard waste, including leaf disposal, is now always free,” commented John Forman, city administrator.
The rubble site is typically open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 1 to 4 p.m. It is also open on Wednesdays from 1 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
