NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of Grant County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, will receive sealed competitive bids for the following item declared surplus by Grant County.

2015 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV, Serial Number 59044, Mileage of 143,916

2014 Dodge Durango, Serial Number 1391056, Mileage of 92,916

To inspect the vehicles, please contact Grant County Highway Dept. at 432-5861.

Each bid must be submitted on paper in a sealed envelope.

Please write on the outside of the envelope the vehicle you are bidding on.

A bid bond or certified check will be waived as provided by SDCL 5-18-6.1.

Bids will be received up until 5 PM on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the Grant County Auditor’s Office at 210 E 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD. No bid will be accepted after the specified date and hour. The bids will be publicly opened at the Commission meeting on February 2, 2021.

The Grant County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any or all irregularities.
