YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, which was filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, at Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, on the 27th day of January, 2021, and which prays for a judgment quieting the title to and the determination of all adverse claims against the premises described in the Complaint, situate in said County, to wit:

The Southwest Quarter of the 

Southeast Quarter (SW1/4SE1/4) 

and the Southeast Quarter of the 

Southwest Quarter (SE1/4SW1/4)

of Section Eight (8), Township 120

North, Range 50 West of the 5th

PM, in said county and state; 

except roadway 3 rods wide 

conveyed to the Township of 

Twin Brooks by deed recorded in

Deed Record 32 page 5, subject to

reservation and easements of 

record or visible upon the 

property.

which said Complaint is hereto attached and herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Complaint on the subscriber at his office at 22 East Kemp, P.O. Bo 845, Watertown, South Dakota 57201, within thirty (30) days after the service of the Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service, and you are further notified that, in case of your failure to answer, judgment by default may be rendered against you as requested in the Complaint.
