THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, which was filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, at Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, on the 10th day of May, 2021, and which prays for a judgment strictly foreclosing a Contract for Deed between Michael Keith and Brady W. Keith, foreclosing the interests of the other Defendants, and quieting title in the following described premises situated in Grant County, South Dakota:

Lot 9 and the North 10 Feet of Lot 8, Block 54, Original Townsite, City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota

which said Complaint is hereto attached and herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Complaint on the subscriber at her office at 22 East Kemp, P.O. Box 845, Watertown, South Dakota 57201, within thirty (30) days after the service of the Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service, and you are further notified that, in case of your failure to

answer, judgment by default may be rendered against you as requested in the Complaint.

NO PERSONAL CLAIM IS MADE UPON ANY DEFENDANT.
