NOTICE OF INTENT

TO CONTINUE OPERATION

Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by:

CONSOLIDATED READY MIX INC., 1011 330TH ST., BELLINGHAM, MN 56212-1001 will continue its mining operation located at SE1/4 Section 13; T121N - R47W, Grant County, SD

The general location of the mining operation is two west and one north of Big Stone City, SD.

The operation originally advertised to be completed by 12/312020, will be extended to: 12/31/2031.

Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
