NOTICE OF BID LETTING
for
4-H Static Building
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of Grant County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, will receive sealed competitive bids for the following item.
3,500 sq. ft. metal building known as the 4-H Static Building to be removed from the premises
Bid proposal specifications may be obtained by contacting the Grant County Auditor’s Office at 432-6711. The building may be inspected where it is located at the Grant County 4-H Grounds by contacting the Grant County Auditor.
The bid must be sealed in an envelope marked on the outside with “4-H Exhibit Building Bid.”
Bids will be received up until 9:00 AM on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the Grant County Auditor’s Office at 210 E 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD. No bid proposals will be accepted after the specified date and hour. The bids will be publicly opened at that time and consideration of bids will take place at that time.
The Grant County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any or all irregularities.
