ORDINANCE #838
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE 682 (EXISTING
ZONING ORDINANCE) AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISION OF CHAPTER 11-4, 1967 SDCL, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL RESOLUTIONS AND
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
The Milbank City Planning Commission and the Milbank City Council will hold a combined public hearing on August 23, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Milbank City Council Chambers located at 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD. All interested persons are encouraged to attend in person and comment on Ordinance #838. After the public hearing, the Planning Commission may pass a resolution recommending approval of Ordinance #838, with or without amendment, to the City Council. The City Council may have first reading of Ordinance #838 (Zoning) and Ordinance #839 (Licensing) by title and set a 2nd reading date.
The proposed Ordinance #838 and Ordinance #839 will be made available for public inspection at the Milbank City Office located at 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD and on-line at www.milbanksd.com pursuant to SDCL Section 11-4 and amendments thereto.
