BY THE DRAINAGE BOARD

ON A PROPOSED

DRAINAGE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would control erosion.

1. Permit DR2021-28 for Scott Wittnebel, of 2890 121st Ave., Nassau, MN, 56257, for property owned by 

   A. Greg and Teresa Wollschlager, 15941 486th Ave., Revillo, SD 57259, and located in the S1/2 NE1/4 of Section 32, Township 119, Range 47 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Vernon East Township)

   B. Jennifer Wittnebel Living Trust, 2890 121st Ave, Nassau, MN, 56257, and located in the N1/2 NE1/4 of Section 32, Township 119, Range 47 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Vernon East Township)

   C. Bart and Kelly Wittnebel Living Trust, 1335 300th St., Nassau, MN, 56257, and located in the S1/2 SE1/4 & SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 29, Township 119, Range 47 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Vernon East Township)

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
