NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, November 8th, 2021 at or after 4:00 P.M. in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following variance request from Jeff and Bridget Anderson on the following legal description: LOT 2 LIEBE'S SUNRISE ACRES SUBDIV IN NW1/4 of Section 10, Township 120, Range 48 West of the P.M., Grant County, SD.

• Variance application VAR10042021. A front yard, and side yard, setback variance pursuant to Section 1101.04.2 requiring a minimum 100-foot front yard setback. The variance, if granted, would allow Mr. and Mrs. Anderson to construct a new shed 50 feet from the front yard setback.

Written comments may be filed by emailing the County Zoning Officer at steve.berkner@grantcountysd.us or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer Auditor at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on November 5, 2021. No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on November 5, 2021.
