DRAINAGE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would, control erosion.
1. Permit DR2021-37 for Mark Erickson, of 16001 477th Ave., LaBolt, SD, 57246 for property owned by Mark and Sarah Erickson, of 16001 477th Ave., LaBolt, SD, 57246 located in the NE1/4 INCLUDING RR RTY IN NW1/4NE1/4, BUT EX RR RTY IN E1/2NE1/4 &S1/2 NE1/4 of Section 14, Township 118, Range 49 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota.
