City of Big Stone City Council Proceedings • November 22, 2021

 

November 22, 2021

5:30 p.m.

The Big Stone City council met in special session on Monday, November 22, 2021. Meeting began at 5:30 p.m. with Mayor Athey presiding.  Roll Call: Roscoe, Redfield, Brown, Stoddard, Zahnow. Rabe, absent. Others present George Boos, Robert Athey, Ridgely Rademacher, Bryan Austin, Maria Loughlin, Randy Stock, Mike Hughes, TJ Rabe, Dewane Stoddard, Jarrod Stoddard.

A motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting on November 1, 2021, was made by Redfield and seconded by Stoddard. All in favor, motion carried.

Mayor Athey opened for public comments when Roscoe addressed the council about ongoing dog issues needing to be addressed. No action taken.

A motion to stop pursing the Chautauqua Park/ Lake Street project was made by Brown and seconded by Stoddard. Those in favor: Roscoe, Stoddard, Brown and Zahnow. Opposed, Redfield. Motion carried. 

Being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Stoddard and seconded by Brown. All in favor, motion carried.
