Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would control erosion.
1. Permit DR2021-39 for Darin Mertens, of 47873 152nd Street, Milbank, SD, 57252 for property owned by Darin and Lesa Mertens, of 47873 152nd Street, Milbank, SD, 57252 located in the LOT 2 HENZE FARM ADDITION LOCATED IN GOVT LOT 4 AND IN THE SE1/4SW1/4 EX of Section 30, Township 120, Range 48 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota.
