East River Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. has extended the height of its communication tower located at 45949 152nd St. South Shore, SD 57263, also described as the NE 1/4 of the NW ¼ of Section 25, Township 120 North, Range 52 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in Grant County, South Dakota. The communication tower is located at latitude N45°10’44” (NAD83) and longitude W097°00’58.0” (NAD83) and will use lighting as required by FAA. The communication tower addition can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number A1208406. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number A1208406. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed tower by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. The Federal Communications Commission strongly encourages interested parties to file Request for Environmental Review online and instructions for making such filings can be found at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
