MUNICIPALITY OF MILBANK

 

 

The following office will become vacant due to the expiration of the present term or due to the resignation of office of the elective officer:

City Councilman – Ward 1 –  4-year term

City Councilman – Ward 1 – 3 year term  

City Councilman – Ward 2 – 4-year term

City Councilman – Ward 3 – 4-year term

Mayor – 4-year term

Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on March 1, 2022 and petitions may be filed in the office of the finance officer located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time not later than March 29, 2022, or mailed by registered mail not later than March 29, 2022, at 5:00 pm, Central Standard Time.
