NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

ON A PROPOSED LOT MERGER

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on March 7, 2022 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Offices , 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed Lot Merger requested by Austin & Cydney Hunt.

The request, if granted, would permit a lot merger binding two lots together, Section 17.22.06. Lot Merger Agreement, Single Family Residential District. If granted the properties to be merged are identified as 1012 Adams Drive and 1014 Adams Drive, Hurley’s Addition Lot 9 Block 10 12,600.00 sq ft. and Hurley’s Addition Lot 8 Block 10 13,980.00 sq. ft., Milbank, SD, Zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District.

All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by or prior to said hearing, you may email comments to cityadministrator@milbanksd.com, or may file written comments through the City Administrator at, 1001 E 4th Ave, Suite 301, Milbank South Dakota.
