NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE OPERATION

 

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by:

L&G Inc., 47568 142ND ST., MILBANK, SD 57252-8208 will continue its mining operation located at N1/2 SE1/4 and S1/2 NE1/4 Section 3; T121N - R48W, Grant County, SD.

The general location of the mining operation is from Milbank: 6 miles N and 1 mile W.

The operation originally advertised to be completed by 11/30/2021, will be extended to: November 30, 2026.

Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
