NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT • Kelly Gnat

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on April 4, 2022 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Offices, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD  57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Kelly Gnat.

  The request, if granted, would permit a home occupation, daycare, Chapter 17.09.04.  The property is identified as 301 S Viola St, Bartlett’s First Addition, Lot 4, Block 10, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R-2, General Residential District. 

  All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing by or prior to said hearing, you may email comments to assistant@milbanksd.com or may file written comments through the Zoning Administrator at, 1001 E 4th Ave, Suite 301, Milbank, South Dakota.
