PETITION FOR VACATION OF

ALL OF RAILROAD AVENUE

IN THE TOWN OF LABOLT,

GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA

 

 

 

 

 

The LaBolt Farmer’s Grain Co. has submitted to the Town Board of the Municipality of LaBolt, South Dakota, a Petition for Vacating a Right of Way described as:

All of Railroad Avenue within the Town of LaBolt, County of Grant, State of South Dakota.

The Petition will be considered for approval by the LaBolt Town Board following a public hearing by the LaBolt Town Board to be conducted in the LaBolt Fire Hall, LaBolt, SD, on Monday June 6, 2022 at 9 p.m.
