NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 4 p.m. in the Grant County Courthouse Community Room (basement) to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit request by Jason Versteeg, for Duininck, Inc. on the following legally described property, owned by Mathew and Julie Henrich: E1/2NE1/4 Section 23 - T121 – R47 and W1/2 NW1/4 EX RTY & EX STRIP 17' WIDE ON E SIDE Section 24 - T121 – R47 (Big Stone Township) Grant County, South Dakota:

• Conditional Use Permit Application CUP05052022, Pursuant to Section 1101.03.4 Conditional Uses within an “A” Agriculture District; Asphalt Mixing Plant. The applicant, Jason Versteeg, for Duininck, Inc., is planning to set up a temporary portable hot-mix asphalt plant with all related recycling and stockpiling plant to meet construction needs.

Written comments may be filed by emailing the County Zoning Officer at steve.berkner@ grantcountysd.us or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on June 10, 2022. No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on June 10, 2022.
