NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, on the 9th day of June, 2022, at the Grant County Courthouse in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room will meet in regular session to consider the following renewal applications for an On-Off Sale Malt Beverage/On-Off Sale SD Farm Wines License to operate outside a municipality for the July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 licensing period, which have been presented to the Board of County Commissioners and filed in the County Auditor’s Office.

Bitter Sweet Lodge: located at 15196 455th Ave., Summit, SD 57266 (Lura Township). Legal description of: South 200’ of the W 300’ of Govt Lot 4 in the SW ¼ in Section 7, Twp 120, Range 51, Grant County.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their Attorney may appear at said meeting who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
