Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would control erosion.
1. Permit DR2022-35 for Brian Schneck, of 48002 153rd Street, Milbank, SD, 57252, for property owned by Brian Schneck RE Limited Partnership (same) and located in SE1/4 EX LT 1 OF LOESCHKE ADDN BUT INCL LOTS 1-8 & E395’ OF LOT 9 SOUTH CREEK ACREAGE ADDITION Section 25, Township 120, Range 49 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Grant Center Township)
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
