NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, June 27, at 10:00 a.m., in the community room of the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following proposed Conditional Use Permit Application request from Derek Prasnicki on the following legal description: LOT 4A & 4B LIEBES NORTH RIDGE SUBDIV GOVT LOT 4 in Section 06, Township 120, Range 48 of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Alban West Township)
A Conditional Use Permit, CUP06102022, Pursuant to Section 1101.03.17: Conditional Uses in the “A” Agricultural Zoning District - Seasonal retail stands, including fireworks stands. The applicants are requesting a conditional use permit to operate a seasonal retail fireworks stand.

Written comments may be filed by emailing the Zoning Officer at steve.berkner@grantcountysd.us or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer or County Auditor at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on June 24th, 2022. No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on June 24, 2022.
