NOTICE AND CALL FOR BIDS
MILBANK LEGION FIELD DRAINAGE SUPPLIES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota will receive sealed competitive bids for field drainage supplies.
Bidders are required to bid all items. Plan sheets will be provided either electronically or by paper as requested, so bidders can create their own quantity take-offs.
All supplies will be delivered to 234 N. Dakota St., Milbank, SD 57252 by August 8, 2022.
No bid or performance security is required.
Bid forms must be submitted on bid forms supplied by the City. Bid forms are available from the Milbank City Office in either paper or electronic format (.pdf or .xlsx).
Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., CDT, on Friday, July 29, 2022, at the City Offices, 1001 East 4th Avenue, Suite 301, Milbank, SD 57252. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. No bids will be received after the specified hour and date. Considerations of the bids will take place at the Special City Council Meeting, 6:00 PM, Monday, August 1, 2022, at the Milbank Visitors Center.
Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for Legion Field Drainage Supplies. The envelope should also bear on the outside, the name and address of the Bidder.
Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. The City of Milbank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities as deemed to be in the best interest of Milbank, South Dakota.
