July 11, 2022

Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. Board members present: Rodney, Travis.

Others present: Stacy, Craig

Minutes of June meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept June minutes by Rodney, second by Travis.

Old Business:

Discussion regarding obtaining a City Attorney; research to on-going.

Some maintenance needed to pump house; someone planning to complete the work.

An offer was made by a private individual to assist in costs associated with cleaning up fire damaged buildings on Main Street. Property owners have been notified. Stacy discussed the letter he received regarding clean up of his property.

No other old business.

New Business:

Discussion on maintenance needed to outhouse and park equipment. Board will look into repairs.

A bill and letter were received from Kelly’s Kutters notifying of a price increase – Rodney made a motion to pay the bill and continue with the contract, second by Travis.

Discussion on pump check for water system – Travis will talk to Chuck regarding the need to have the pump serviced and the best time to complete.

No other new business.

**Monthly water flush will be completed on the 1st of each month through the summer months.**

Bills: Otter Tail: TBD; IRS: $206.58; Peggy Meyer (mailing of water report): $120.04; Kelly’s Kutters (May mowing): $479.25; Grant County Review: $15.32; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22 - Motion to pay bills by Rodney, second by Travis.

Motion to adjourn by Rodney, with second by Travis.
