BUDGET SUPPLEMENT HEARING

Grant County, South Dakota for the budget year beginning January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2022.

To adopt an increase in budget authority of $391,186 in #523 4-H Building for the purpose of establishing budget authority associated with the building of the 4-H Static Building. The source of cash being from the designated donations in Fund 101 in the amount of $184,163 and the amount of cash from undesignated cash in Fund 101 in the amount of $207,023.  

NOTICE: The Grant County Board of Commissioners will meet in the Commission Chambers in the Courthouse Community Room in Milbank, South Dakota, on September 6, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of considering the above proposed Supplement Budget to the Original Budget and the various items therein.

At all meetings of the Board, all interested persons may appear either in person or by representative and will be heard and will be given the opportunity for a full and complete discussion of all items set forth in such proposed budget.  By the Board of Commissioners, ordered this 16th day of August, 2022.
