Town of Marvin Council Proceedings

September 19 , 2022

Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M.

Board Members Present: Rodney, Travis, Nicole

Others Present: Craig

Minutes of July meeting read, no additions or corrections. Motion to accept August minutes by Rodney, second by Travis.

Old Business:

Discussion regarding obtaining a City Attorney, research to on-going; some maintenance needed to pump house and heater. Work to be completed this fall; fire damaged buildings on Main Street: Work to Thaden’s is on-going.

Discussion on pump check for water system – no updates at this time.

No other old business.

New Business:

No new business

**Monthly water flush will be completed on the 1st of each month through October.**

Bills: Otter Tail: TBD; Grant County Review: $15.65; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22; SD Dept of Health: $30.00. Motion to pay bills by Rodney, second by Travis.

Motion to adjourn by Rodney, with second by Travis.
