NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on February 6, 2023 at 6 p.m. in the City of Milbank Visitor Center, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD  57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Tamara Mach.

The request, if granted, would permit a home occupation, Dog Treat Bakery, Chapter 17.09.04. The property is identified as 1001 S 2nd St., Residence Park Addn W 77’ of Lots 1, 2 & 3 and All of Lots 4, 5, & 6 & Including 16’ Vacated Alley Adjacent to Lots 1-6, Block 11, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R2, General Residential District.

To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.  Email correspondence to cityadministrator@milbank
