Jeffrey J. Ecker and Midland Credit Management, Inc. and Accounts Management Inc., and any person in possession,

Defendants.

A Non-Monetary Judgment of Foreclosure was entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, which judgment was filed with the Clerk of Courts of Grant County, South Dakota, on January 18, 2023 in the amount of $132,072.30, for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to said judgment that the real property described in the Real Estate Mortgage dated March 27, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Grant  County, South Dakota, on March 29, 2007, in Book 338, at Page 765, as Instrument Number 213226, which Jeffrey J. Ecker, mortgagor, executed and delivered to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., mortgagee, for the property located at 202 Effie Avenue, Twin Brooks, SD 57269, and legally described as:

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 6, Lasell's Addition, Town of Twin Brooks, Grant County, South Dakota

in order to realize the amount of the above-referenced judgment, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount, together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Grant County Sheriff, at the main entrance of the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, South Dakota 57252, on April 14, 2023 at 10 a.m.
