PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the hearing regarding the sale of real property belonging to the Estate of Donald V. Wiseman, deceased, described as  THE SOUTH HALF (S ½) OF LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK TWO (2) OF BARTLETT’S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MILBANK, EXCEPT EIGHT FEET (8’) DEEDED TO THE CITY OF MILBANK FOR ALLEY PURPOSES, GRANT COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, subject to easements and reservations of record, has been continued to Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 11:30 o’clock a.m. 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if you object to this sale you must appear personally. If you object to the sale price, you must increase the bid by 5% of the current bid to open a public auction on this transaction.

Terms will be 10% of the high bid price paid at the time of the hearing and the balance to be paid upon proof of delivery of title.
