Meeting called to order at 6:35 P.M.

Board Members Present: Rodney, Travis, Nicole

Others Present: Tom Wagner

Minutes of February meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept February minutes by Rodney, 2nd by Travis. 

Old Business:  

Discussion regarding obtaining a City Attorney; research to on-going.

Fire damaged buildings on Main Street: work to Thaden’s is on-going.

Discussion regarding Municipal codes and updated City regulations – on-going.

Discussion regarding upcoming Board opening – please contact Travis if interested in this opening.

No other old business.

New Business: 

Discussion regarding Grant County Ambulance District – Declined proposed resolution unanimously. 

No other new business.

Bills: Ottertail: TBD; Grant Co Review: $29.31; CNA Surety: $225.00; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22- Motion to pay bills by Rodney; 2nd by Travis.

Motion to adjourn by Travis, with 2nd by Rodney.
