Town of Summit Equalization Meeting Minutes

The local board of equalization for the Town of Summit met at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2023 at the town fire hall. Town Board President, Frank Eccles and member Kathleen Quale were in attendance, Norma Arend Finance Officer present. Others in attendance were Connie Brotzel, Becky Pies and Cody & Lisa Sumner. Connie Brotzel and Becky Pies made appointments to meet with the board regarding their property assessments. Connie decided not to turn in an objection. Paperwork for Becky Pies was completed and the boards recommendation was decided.

The board determined that all property has been placed on the assessment roll. I hereby certify the above changes as acted upon by the Board of Review of Summit Town.

Cody and Lisa Sumner discussed with the board their possible future intentions of purchasing land to build rental storage sheds.
