BUDGET SUPPLEMENT HEARING

Grant County, South Dakota for the budget year beginning January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2023.

To adopt an increase in budget authority of $200,000 in #295 Rural Access Infrastructure for the purpose of establishing budget authority associated with allocation of funds to qualifying townships for culvert and bridge projects. The source of cash being from the designated cash in Fund 295.

NOTICE: The Grant County Board of Commissioners will meet in the Commission Chambers in the Courthouse Community Room in Milbank, South Dakota, on April 18, 2023, at 9:00 AM for the purpose of considering the above proposed Supplement Budget to the Original Budget and the various items therein.

At all meetings of the Board, all interested people may appear either in person or by representative and will be heard and will be given the opportunity for a full and complete discussion of all items set forth in such proposed budget. By the Board of Commissioners, ordered this 4th day of April, 2023.
