NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE GRANT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in the Grant County Courthouse Community Room (basement) to consider in full or in part the following variance request by Matt Loeschke on the following legally described property: LOT 1 OF LOESCHKE ADDN IN NW1/4 Section 7-119-47 (Vernon East Township) Grant County, South Dakota:

• Variance Application, VAR03132023, a variance pursuant to Section 1208.3: Shelterbelt Setback Requirements. The applicant, Matt Loeschke, is requesting a variance to plant a multi-row shelterbelt with the non-windward row 70’ from the center of 484th Avenue (Vernon Township).

No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on April 14th, 2023.
