NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 4:00 pm in the Grant County Courthouse Community Room (basement) to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit request by Andy Kaye on the following legally described property: LOT 3 JORGENSON FAMILY SUBDIV IN THE SW1/4, Section 18-121-46 of the 5th P.M., (Big Stone Township) Grant County, South Dakota:
• Conditional Use Permit Application, CUP 04102023, Pursuant to Section 1102.03.9: Conditional Uses in the “CI” Commercial Industrial Zoning District #9 – Contractor’s Shop and Yard. The applicant, Andy Kaye, is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a contractor’s shop and yard.

No materials will be placed on the website after 5 p.m. on May 5, 2023.
