A Non-Monetary Judgment of Foreclosure was entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, which judgment was filed with the Clerk of Courts of Grant County, South Dakota, on January 6, 2023, in the amount of $81,514.09, for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to said judgment that the real property described in the Real Estate Mortgage dated December 21, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Grant County, South Dakota, on December 28, 2006, in Book 336, at Page 421, as Instrument Number 212681, which Norma J. Pinkert, mortgagor, executed and delivered to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., mortgagee, for the property located at 48653 149th St, Big Stone City, SD 57216, and legally described as:

Lot 1, Pinkert's Subdivision in the W1/2NE1/4, including easement of ingress and egress over and upon the existing driveway for the benefit of the remainder of W1/2NE1/4 as granted in Deed Record 97, Page 733, in Section 9, Township 120 North, Range 47 West of the 5th PM, Grant County, South Dakota

In order to realize the amount of the above-referenced judgment, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount, together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Grant County Sheriff, at the main entrance of the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, South Dakota 57252, on June 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM.
